Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers on quotation, customization, production, packing and installation.
Quotation
How do I get a quote?
Send the product reference or your own drawings, plus size, material, quantity and delivery country. We reply with clarifying questions and a quotation route.
What affects the price?
Size, material, surface finish, internal structure, quantity and packing all change the cost. Outdoor pieces also need a finish matched to the climate.
Do you sell stock sculptures?
Most pieces are made to order from a reference. Size, patina and details can be adjusted before production.
Customization
Can you copy a photo or sketch?
Yes. Share images, dimensions and the installation site. We confirm the look, scale and structure before making.
Which materials do you work with?
Bronze, stainless steel, FRP fiberglass and stone. We recommend a material based on location, budget and visual target.
Can the size be changed?
Yes. Almost every reference can be scaled. Tell us the finished height and the viewing distance.
Production
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on size and process. After the drawing is confirmed we share a production window with the quotation.
Can I see progress photos?
Yes. We send photos at key stages so the finish and details can be checked before packing.
Do you handle large outdoor pieces?
Yes. Large works are engineered for transport, lifting and long-term outdoor exposure.
Packing
How are sculptures packed?
Pieces are crated for export, with inner protection matched to the finish. Photos of the packed crate can be provided.
Do you arrange shipping?
We can arrange international freight or work with your forwarder. Share the destination port or address with the inquiry.
What documents do you provide?
Commercial documents needed for export are prepared with the shipment. Tell us the destination country when you inquire.
Installation
Do you install on site?
We provide installation guidance, base details and lifting notes. On-site installation can be discussed for larger projects.
What should the buyer prepare?
A level foundation, access for unloading and local lifting equipment. We confirm these points before shipment.
Can the sculpture go outdoors?
Yes, when the material and finish are specified for outdoor use. Tell us the climate and whether it sits near the sea.
